There are different types of camps that focus on language immersion. A Language Camp can simply be a Day Camp or overnight camp where children and teens focus on learning a new language or improve their current language skills. Some of these camps are Travel Language Camps or International Camp Programs where teens or young adults travel abroad to help them improve their foreign language skills. Another type of Language Camp is a Home Stay Language Camp Program where Students or young adults from other countries are placed at home with your family so that they may both benefit from learning each others language. In this case, the sponsor or local family is usually partially reimbursed for boarding the out of country student.
